DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY: All orders are shipped within 5 hours of receipt. We use UPS and FedEx to deliver each of our orders.

Order tracking is will be provided to you. However, you may contact our customer support email at angelina@casadeangelina.com and we will let you know where your garment is and when it is scheduled to arrive.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your entire order and your location. You will have the opportunity to see your order’s shipping cost before finalizing your order.

 

RETURNS: You may return any purchased item, with receipt, within 11 days of placing your order. However, we understand that our third-party carriers experience issues that are out of your control. If you are able to provide documentation that you received your item more than 11 days after you ordered it (very, very rare), we will accept the item if it is postmarked within 7 days of the date posted on such documentation.
